An article I wrote for The Businesswoman Media three years ago still fits the standard these days. There are businesses that are quiet over the holidays like Christmas Holiday season. We should be well aware of our business’ capacities, strengths and weaknesses.
If your business also takes a break at least for a month like in December, then your budgeting plan should recognise this. You should save for this 1-month break so your finances wouldn’t hurt too much at this time. Even if your business is quiet at this time, the bills don’t slow down as much as we want to. There’s rent, utilities, suppliers, staff etc that needs to get paid.
