80-105 points – Sounds like growth and improvement is exactly what you’re after and you’ve got the right attitude to action that growth now. You may well be going well, but even then, you’re not one to sit back and cruise. You know that to achieve success, it requires passion, hard work, consistency and you’re up for it. You recognise that you are one person and you don’t know everything, so always happy to get expert advice and guidance from others. 60-80 points – You may not be totally ready for massive change, but I suspect small (and relevant) changes might be welcomed by you. Possibly growth might push you a little out of your comfort zone, but with time (and gentle push) you may be willing to take your business to the next step. 35-55 points – Let’s be honest, you’re really not keen about growth or doing more with your business. That’s fine – not everyone wants to be the next Warren Buffet or Richard Branson. If your business is making good money and not causing you a heap of stress, then stick with what you’re doing. However, if the money is lousy (or worse you’re showing a loss every month) or most days you just dread going into the business, then maybe it’s time for a change. You may be happier working for someone else, getting a regular paycheque and leaving the stress of business to others.
